I first met Jason at the Basking Ridge client HQ when he came on as an MBA summer intern. Our relationship grew after I left that team, and there’s a strong bond in the mentoring and kindness he’s always willing to share.

Named by his 2-year-old sister, Jason’s earliest memories begin with his 3rd birthday in a French castle, surrounded by all the colors. That trip was so dramatic because he was almost lost on the street. Raised by an artistic mother and a hardworking father, Jason had the perfect start for a career in architecture.

One thing Jason would tell his teenage self is to not be afraid to take risks and fail. I really wish I had heard that when I was his age.
