This episode I discuss my experiences from my time in middle school and coaching middle schoolers. It is never pretty during this time, but there are some actionable steps as parents and coaches one can take to make it a little bit easier for those middle schoolers. There is infinite ups and downs along this ride, but I hope you see by the end why it is so important to stay on board and have patience with the middle schoolers in your life.
