In this episode I dive into my high school experience, what I learned then and how I recommend coaches and parents can use those lessons now. It wasn’t always pretty, but there were so many great aspects to that time of my life. The best part - the best friends I made that have forever impacted me. This episode I discuss my experiences from my time in middle school and coaching middle schoolers. It is never pretty during this time, but there are some actionable steps as parents and coaches one can take to make it a little bit easier for those middle schoolers. There is infinite ups and downs along this ride, but I hope you see by the end why it is so important to stay on board and have patience with the middle schoolers in your life.
