Extremes are easy, balance is hard.
In this episode we unravel the recently trending term that is self care. Something that we believe is necessary for all, however is also quite misunderstood, especially when blasted (but not explored very well) across social media memes and messaging.

We look at different forms of self care and discuss which could be the better options, depending on the person's own situation.
