22:00 - Thoughts often trigger emotions. Practice redirecting your mind when it wanders off to an unpleasant place.
TIPS on how to re-presence yourself & shift your focus:
1) Say, “Redirect! What else can I think about?” to shift your thoughts to ones that serve you.
2) “Where am I?” - get present in the moment.
3) Gratitude - get present with the blessings in your life.
