Aaron grew up in Southern California with a father who pastored a large church. For the past 25 years, he's been working in and with churches of all sizes. He works as a church advance specialist with the Alliance South Central (www.alliancesouthcentral.com) and as a church planter in Austin, TX (www.40churchmovement.com). He also founded a non-profit which provides coaching and consulting to churches and non-profits (www.churchworksministries.com). Aaron has a passion for empowering young leaders to achieve all their God-given potential.
