In our grand finale show, Dr. DuBose shares what God has done through three years of this podcast. What started out as a desire to connect with people and build in-roads to serve them has blossomed into so much more.
In this heartfelt THANK YOU to listeners and supporters, Dr. DuBose shares how taking faith-filled risks are always worth it when they are done for God. Like the little boy with fishes and loaves, God takes what little you have and multiplies your efforts.
So, we sign off with this final encouragement: just take the leap of faith. Trust God. Give Him what you have and He do do more with you than you can ask, imagine, or think. Thank You & God Bless You in your leadership journey!!
What’s the real key to lasting success? In this episode, we uncover the foundational traits that drive both personal fulfillment and powerful leadership—spoiler: it’s not about talent or strategy. Tune in to learn how one characteristic shapes truly successful lives and leaders.

Phil Honeycutt was one of the greatest leaders I ever served with. He owned and operated a business in an economically depressed area in North Carolina for over 40 years. He was generous with everything he had, and I learned more from his example than I did in reading the New York Times bestsellers on the subject.
I had been trying to get him on the podcast for a couple years, and it never worked out. Phil passed away this weekend, and I wanted to record this special episode in his honor. I talk about 3 leadership characteristics Phil possessed that every great leader should develop. Every leader can benefit from these qualities Phil effortlessly lived out every day I knew him.
