My guest today is Adam Hans. Adam serves as an Ethylene Shift Supervisor for Chevron Philips. Working in the petrochemical industry can be very fast paced and stressful, and Adam shares about how he leads well in a high stress environment. He also opens up about workplace failure and reflects on how his failure has helped him grow into a better, more understanding leader. If you are struggling with leading through stress and growing through failure, Adam's insight and wisdom will be very helpful for you.

Today, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Dr. Toya Burke Washington. She has served in education for 16 years and shares a lot of wisdom with us from her years in the classroom. Currently, she serves as both a learning coach for Goose Creek CISD in Texas and a faculty member at Indiana Wesleyan University.

She has taught in multiple states an in a variety of settings from public to private and from elementary school to higher education. She is also authoring an ESL curriculum which we are currently using here in Harris County, TX.

Toya is a gifted woman and educator and was recognized for her abilities when she was crowned Houston Area Black Educator of the Year earlier this year.

My guest today is Army Reserve chaplain (Colonel) John Goldsworthy. John lives and works in Hawaii and is a wonderful man and great leader.

After completing the Army Ranger school, John served as an Infantry officer. Later, he experienced a call from God to serve as a chaplain. Despite his desire to go Active Duty, God has kept him in the Reserves.

Today, he serves as both a Reserve chaplain as well as a Director for Religious Education in Hawaii. John is a man of great personal faith and I'm thankful for his time. He is married to Katie and they have 7 beautiful kids.
