Jami Emerson is a businesswoman, social entrepreneur, and lover of the Aussie surf. Having endured the challenges of chronic fatigue syndrome, she founded Chronic Hope, a Not-For-Profit organisation, with the aim to help those who have chronic illnesses to achieve better health outcomes and find hope in their situation.
