003: My Battle With Anxiety

If you struggle with anxiety or being afraid of failure and not being enough, know you're not alone. In this episode I'm sharing my own struggle with these thoughts and how I learned at a young age how powerful mindset is. These feelings are very real but how we respond to them can change how much control they have over us.

In this episode I'm diving into:

  • My own day to day strategies on how to combat anxiety
  • A recent example of an anxious time in my life
  • What I do when I'm having a negative or overwhelming thought:
    • 1. I write it down.
    • 2. Ask yourself about the thing your struggling with.
    • 3. Ask yourself is it true?
    • 4. Ask yourself, is it something you can change right now?
    • 5. How does it all make me feel?
    • 6. Do I think these things will keep me from the purpose i have in this world
    • 7. what would it feel like to feel the opposite of this look like?
