J.Go gave birth in December and is finally sharing her [positive], unmedicated, birth story. She also answers some of your questions about contractions, her husband’s role, what went right and wrong, and her choice to not share when she went into labor. She had a positive experience overall and is still navigating being a new mom. Although she’s had her ups and downs with her confidence and in her changing body, she is doing what she does best and being a hype woman! She wants to remind all moms and as women, it’s easy to water or belittle our accomplishments. In reality, we are POWERFUL and that’s something we should never forget.
