003: Relationships are Opportunity for Growth Part 1
Today, I wanted to talk about relationships. Over the course of my life, I had to seriously master the understanding of this concept that I'm about to share with you.
Healing generational trauma is such a big deal.
Relationships with others – whether it be our partners, family, in career, and friendships, old and new – are so freakin' powerful. What they tend to do is show us all the ways we need to heal ourselves.
These lessons come in many shapes and sizes depending on what your soul came here to do. You may have had similar conversations, situations, and experiences like the ones I will share with you.
Our primary purpose on earth is to grow on a soul level and how we do that is our free will.
We all see the best of our family members. We all see the best of what they want us to be. But we all have to learn to set those healthy boundaries so we can create our own space where only truth matters. So ultimately, you can find your truth and use that to become a better person.
In this episode, you will hear:
- Our emotions and reactions as healthy indicators of alignment
- Our perceptions of certain situations and people are only as clear as the filter
- Letting go of the painful experiences, your traumas, and wounds that you still hold onto
- Healing generational trauma is such a big deal
- Allowing different relationships to truly show you what needs to be healed
- Examining the triggers
