Rebecca Bradley, Founder of Proper Post a monthly greetings card and stationery subscription service joins me on Episode 3 of The Good Life Well Lived Podcast to talk about the power of tracking a word a day.
Proper Post is one of my favourite independent businesses and a great way to feed a stationery addiction. But more than that it makes sure that you never miss an important moment again - you tell Proper Post important birthdays and special occasions and they remind you about them.
Founder Rebecca Bradley (MA) FCIPD has a background in HR and strategic leadership she strongly believes in smiling and is a champion of kindness. She is driven by the desire to inspire people to use the digital world to connect people in analog ways. And most importantly, she is a thoroughly nice person!
A self confessed 'data geek', in 2017 Rebecca decided to track a word a day to understand her feelings and emotions about her business and self employment. The result was an incredible insight into what makes her tick, what motivates her, what she struggles with and what lifts her up.
Rebecca is now on a mission to encourage other people (not just business owners) to track their word of the day and benefit from similar insights.
