Welcome to the final epsiode of the Switch Off Sessions on The Good Life Well Lived podcast. In this episode we are going to pull together everything that we have learned throughout the series and use it to weave our own bespoke wellbeing parachute.
Jon Kabat Zinn refers to 'weaving your parachute' in terms of mindfulness. By which he means, create the habit of a daily practice so that it is there to support you when you need it i.e. when you jump out of the airplane.
In this episode I take the analogy further and encourage us all to create our own wellbeing plan to support us in all aspects of life so that we are best able to support ourselves in difficult times.
