In the show …
- Where or how have you felt most alive this week? Sue's been back in the mountains and is magically rewarded for not turning back, and Sherry's been running in the pouring rain – we're all about nature this week! (01.25 – 07.10)
- How have you been challenged? Sherry's seriously unimpressed that she's been told she can't change the world (she darn well will!) which sparks a discussion on the importance of the Big Why. As leaders, should we have a 'one thing' that drives everything we do, if we feel we have 'a calling' where does it come from, and do we have to know our ultimate purpose to live a purposeful life? Do we have all the answers? No, because we're on our personal journey with purpose too… but we're happy to share what we've learned so far! (07.10 – 32.30)
- So where are you building momentum right now? That magic M word that takes us beyond the tipping point! Sue's brutally honest about needing to be more consistent and shares the three new habits she wants to introduce into her professional practice. Sherry's made a big decision and she's making the TV show a reality. First step – initial discussions with a Production Company! (32.30 – 39.40)
- How have you been inspired this week? Sue has been inspired by Wimbledon (no surprises there!) and, in particular, the self confidence of the 9 year old that, this week, became the World Number 4. As a passionate cyclist, Sherry's been inspired by the courage and resilience of the cyclists competing in the Tour de France. There's nothing like success to inspire success! (39.40 – 46.18)
- What else or what next? In a final moment of reflection, just as in any coaching session, we share what we noticed during our conversation. Sue commits to creating consistent habits that will help her build momentum, and Sherry's staying focussed on her big why. Watch out world! (46.18 – 48.10)
