Speaking our truth is a daily practise, and it's sometimes challenging to bring every part of us to every situation. Especially when we've grown up in environments or went through situations where we weren't feeling validated.

Everyone that we meet in this experience is here to teach us something about ourselves and to challenge us to be the best version of ourselves. Speaking truth isn't always easy, but the more we do it and trust that everything is always working out, the more our hearts will open.
