Dr. Kovacs if a Senior Research Fellow @ the Institute of Psychology, a part of Eotvos Lorand University, Hungary. Throughout his research career he has been granted several scholarships and fellowships by important educational institutions in Europe. He is the author of a new Intelligence Theory – The Process Overlap Theory that is giving another explanation to the Positive Manifold concept.
