The Maine Island Trail (MIT) is the world's oldest water trail, allowing you to use a boat or other watercraft to travel along the entire coast of the U.S. state of Maine.  This rugged coast is famous for it's scenic beauty, and the MIT allows one to access the water and camp on islands along the way.  Joe Guglielmetti is a professional kayak instructor and Guide who lives in Maine.
