Meditation or Mindfulness is a practice that translates far beyond the typical woo-woo nature it's associated with. It's a meta-skill -- a skill that is working overtime, constantly. In this episode, I discuss how it may, at least for me, help with eating healthy -- more specifically, getting back on track when you've gone 'off the rails.'
This isn't perfect and might not make sense. It's more of a ramble for me to better understand the subject. So if you're expecting pure quality, then I'm afraid you've got the wrong channel...having said that, please enjoy.
