It was a blast and a pleasure speaking with Kelly Green in person in this Real Talk Episode - the conversation was raw, vulnerable and inspiring! Although we got deep, there was lots of laughter and ridiculousness involved!

Kelly is the owner of KG Fitness Studio in San Mateo, CA, and an Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy coach! She also teaches Drama and Character education to Junior High kids and has been the cheer coach at St. Charles since 1994!
