We are all impacted by culture - culture of Corporate America (if you're in it!), culture of celebrities, and even the cultures of our family, race, gender.  In this solo episode, I raise the topic on how we are impacted by culture and what the culture of conflict resolution looks like.  My hope is that this gives you some yummy food for thought as you enter into the new year.
