Have y'all ever had someone in your life that you feel just sucks the life out of you? or maybe you have someone that you just feel like carries a toxic energy around? If you answered yes, then this episode is for you!
We go in (and I mean in) on the traits of a toxic person and how to handle toxic people in your life. I want to give you a different point of view than the typical "just cut them off" answer. I want to also bring light to the fact that sometimes toxic people are people you love and can't just erase out of your life.
I give you some strategies on how to tackle the hard conversations and how to actually identify whether someone is genuinely toxic or just going through some thangs.
