I'm coming to you today with an episode of support. The world is feeling heavy right now. So much is happening that is creating a state of fear and panic. So in today's episode, I want to help you conquer fear and reduce anxiety so you can continue to thrive even in uncertain times.

What you can do to conquer fear and anxiety:

  • Discover and understand your fear
  • Re-frame the feeling and ask yourself how you use the fear for the good
  • Take a step back and evaluate the situation
  • Discover if the the fear is true or made up in your head
  • Will it matter five years from now?
  • Will you live and will you essentially be OK?
  • Educate yourself from trusted sources
  • Prepare for potentially difficult circumstances
  • Seek out the level headed people in your life
  • Focus on what important and go into gratitude mode
