Todays episode I interview Michelle Garcia, my niece. She is a Middle School teacher who has overcome many adversities in her life. She is a kind soul, who is always willing to lend a hand. She works really hard and isn’t afraid to take chances to reach her goals. She loves to travel and is currently learning to find ways to slow down and be able to enjoy the life she has, instead of constantly focusing on the next big goal. We talk about how the politics in Florida have affected her role as a teacher and how hard it is for children to learn when their basic needs aren’t being met.
