Tom Long leads Tarka London, an organisation that provides developmental exercise classes for pre-school children.  The environment that we place our children into has caused nearly a quarter of all five-year-olds in the UK to be overweight or obese.  The Tarka methodology is the antidote to this slowly unfolding tragedy.
