Air Commodore Suraya Marshall is an outstanding leader. Her career in the Royal Air Force includes appointments as front line fast jet aircrew, weapons instructor and squadron command, senior operational and policy roles in the Ministry of Defence, and Military Assistant to the Vice Chief of Defence Staff. She is currently Commandant of the Royal Air Force College Cranwell. A WORLD FIRST - Paul Minter is running 5,800 miles around the coastline of the UK! Listen to hear how Paul's battle with mental health (following four combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan) inspired him to make a difference in such a remarkable way.

Paul's charity, HEAD UP, will provide mental health support for UK military personnel and veterans. His aim is to use the funds raised by HEAD UP to build a retreat for both serving and retired members of all three services – the Army, RAF and Navy.
