Her career in the Royal Air Force includes appointments as front line fast jet aircrew, weapons instructor and squadron command, senior operational and policy roles in the Ministry of Defence, and Military Assistant to the Vice Chief of Defence Staff. She is currently Commandant of the Royal Air Force College Cranwell.
