Annie is the founder and Managing Director of Cerebellum Partners Ltd, an organisational culture transformation consultancy and ‘C' Suite leadership coaching firm focused on making positive behaviour change happen. Annie was the Global Head of Culture and Client Marketing for UBS Investment Bank for nine years and has held similar roles at Goldman Sachs and GAM the investment management firm. She was also an advisor to the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games on creating a positive value-driven culture to deliver the Games on time and within budget. Annie has a deep interest in neuroscience and is an international speaker on culture, conduct, D&I and employee engagement. Her purpose is to humanise the workplace where people can thrive not merely survive.
