Podcasting is not just recording your podcast, you still need to build a website, post your podcast on your website, post to iTunes and Libsyn and all the things that get up in the way. He talks about one thing that he learned which is getting a VA just like what he did to work on those things around. Taking on the rest of the job in Podcasting like listening to the audio and writes up a description and, editing the audio to make it sound good. Why? His answer is that your time is worth something and you’re not going to break the bank anyway. Do the parts of the podcast that you want to do, that you really enjoy doing and if you don’t enjoy the other parts of it, don’t give up on the podcast completely. Just delegate the other parts of the podcast that you don’t like doing to someone else.
