Perhaps you never thought about it, but it's super hard to grab someone's attention on social media.
During presentations, however, you have FULL control over an entire room filled with people. Use those chances to make sure you become the best speaker you can be. Being a good communicator can be a game-changer, but you're never going to be good at it without practicing and making (a ton of) mistakes!
As for schools, make sure you don't treat presentations as another "requirement" for students. Instead, give them good feedback that will actually make them better speakers. A good or a bad grade is irrelevant if there is no growth with it.
