Life is full of struggle. And as humans, we want to be able to help others through their troubles. It’s noble and good. But if we are not careful we take on too much from those around us and it can start to destroy us.

Through recent experiences, the lesson of not trying to take on too much has set in. We all have to learn that while we can do amazing things for others, we are not superhuman. We have been given what we can handle, and that is all we have to handle.

Look at helping people from a little different perspective. And receive permission to just be you and stop feeling like you have to save everyone.
