Christian De Leon has worked as a social worker for over 8 years, she has worked with hospice patients, people with disabilities, and school-age children. Christian’s experience has taught her that everyone requires assistance at some point in time in life. The goal is always to find ways to bridge gaps between the communities and available resources. Her social worker model is: support, advocate, and educate.
