Have you ever planned out something just so that it would all end up turning out completely different than what you expected? Let me tell you about how I failed my first five year business plan...It all started when I needed to write up a thesis for my Masters in Photography program. A side from presenting my photography work, I needed to answer this question:Where do you see yourself in five years?The answer to this question was quite daunting for many reasons. So because I needed to have something written down, I did just that, I wrote a list of things that I wanted to do the same way that I would write a grocery list. No plan, no thing. Attribute this lack of planning to part of my failure, however this actually led me to something even better.
