007: Using Anxiety As An Excuse

Have you ever had the thought "oh I can't do that because of my anxiety." Maybe this is something that is done subconciously and never actually spoken out loud. But I want you to ask yourself if you are holding yourself back from things, or not allwoing yourself to do things because of the fear of your anxiety. I want you to know that your anxiety is not WHO YOU ARE and it should not be an excuse for the reason you aren't living fully out.
