He’s been in media for about ten years, working in various roles, and was at NBC before joining Salesforce. Markus is Salesforce's industry solutions and strategy director for media and entertainment. He was previously a tech consultant. We discuss the struggles that media companies face, the trends they are seeing, and how artists and media companies can continue to make money through advertising, NFTs, merchandise, and more.
