Oh hey friends!
WOW, it has been a hot minute. I have been away from the podcast for a MONTH! I’m not going to lie, that time has flown. The first two Sundays I was away in beautiful Byron Bay and the last two Sundays have just been madness. But I’m back and better than ever!
In this episode, we’re catching up, I haven’t spoken to y’all in so long, so we need to have a little catch up and recap of what’s been happening. There’s also a reason why there hasn’t been a podcast episode – I went on a semi unexpected digital disconnect. I go into how it came about, the importance of taking a break from socials and how you can be a little more intentional with your screen time!
