In this episode we use the guitar to study the upper tetrachord (Sol La Ti Do) of the Melodic Minor scale.

This episode contains extensive exercises to establish each key's tonal center.   

We practice each of the following before we get to the upper tetrachord exercise:
1). Triad Arpeggios (Do --> Me --> Sol --> Do)
2). Minor Major 7th Arpeggios (Do --> Me --> Sol --> Ti --> Do)
3). Minor Arpeggio Pedal the Tonic (Do --> 8've Do--> Me--> 8've Do--> Sol --> 8've Do)
4). Melodic Minor Scale (Do --> Re --> Me --> Fa --> Sol --> La --> Ti --> Do)
