Today I’m joined by Dr. Jacob Kashiwagi. Jacob is the Managing Director at Kashiwagi Solution Model Inc., and the Chairman of the Board at Leadership Society of Arizona. He is also the author of the no-influence leadership theory. This is a ground-breaking approach to lead and mentor others which reduces stress and increases both happiness and success.
