009: 3 Changes You Need To Make To Tame Fear

What do you do when you want to go for something you have never done, or have something that you have never had, or become a version of yourself that seems impossible to become; and your mind is telling you every reason why you can’t do it. You feel the truth of that statement and so you don’t make any progress at all.

I know this feeling first hand. There have been so many times when everything in me was saying go for it and then one small simple thought of doubt, like a little step that I didn’t quite clear, trips me up and I hit the ground.

We don’t want to live like this. We want to be able to really get clear on what we want in life and just make it happen. Well the thing that I have found out is that, having that type of mindset takes work to build and maintain. So, let's see how we can dodge fear whenever we want.
