We didn´t intend to do meditations to the Bonus episodes, but as we are starting to introduce the 12 point chakra system, one episode every month, this episode will always come with a Meditation!

You can find this meditation as the last part of our Bonus episode 009, but we also like to make them available here for you also to listen to as many times as you like! Maybe the first thing you do in the morning!

Like with any new habit that you are trying to develop, it is good if you do the meditation at least 21 days in a row, and then watch how your life changes!
