291 Bonus Episode (Thoughts): Energy Update - Part 1

Here´s a little energy update for you all! I have noticed a shift in my energy, how I am able to handle difficulties in life and just realized that it seems like the cycles in my life between good and "bad" things happening is going faster and faster. And I also see it in the lives of the people around it. Are you also experiencing it? This will be a 2-part episode so because next week, me and my sister is off on a Temple Trip with our children. We´ll talk more about that in future episodes but we truly can´t wait!

EPISODE 72: October 10th 2026: Endings and Beginnings and Everything in between

Here it is, the 10/10 episode and I´m sorry it got so long that editing suffered. So half of it is kind of raw, but packed with emotions. Also the meditation is not included yet, because the episode was so long, but it will be out either tomorrow or beginning of next week. But here I talk about endings which is a new beginning and helps us grow, also I talk about tomorrow being the 1 year anniversary of my mothers passing. I can´t believe it´s been a year already, I remember it so vividly and all the emotions floods me every time I revisit my memories. I hope this episode will give you hope to walk in faith and I invite you to walk in Faith with me as we turn towards Christ.

288 Bonus Episode (Thoughts): What Is Faith? (Re-run)

This is an episode from about a year ago (episode 210), so if you recognize it, thank you for being with us for the past year. It is amazing that we are on our 6th year of doing this and will soon be starting our 7th year! Sometimes, when life just happens and right now I´m out sick with a cold and caugh, we will bring back old episodes that we think will work well to repeat. And it is so funny because this is about a baptism at church and my sister just had two baptisms at her ward in the last week! She got a chance to talk to one of the newly baptized today, and you could feel the joy in his heart of finding Christ and being able to rebuild his life one step at a time! 

Sunday, and another baptism at our church. And this time, an ex-atheist turned to God. This has always facinated me! Since I grew up in the church I have a hard time imagening not having faith or knowledge of our Father in Heaven. So here it is, an episode about Faith!
