When did you last do absolutely nothing?
How often do you simply allow yourself to be still?
This is a toughy for me. I like to busy. My guess is whether you like to be busy or not, you are. Busyness is baked into our culture. The good ole rat race. We all hate it, yet we wake up every morning and run it. And, we go to bed feeling stuck... day after day after day.
Be still. Allow your mind and body to catch up. In that moment, the realization of your purpose might come to fruition to set you free!
