Compound Exercises:
· Bench Press, Deadlifts, Squats, Military press, bent over row, pull ups, push-ups, etc
· Challenge multiple muscle groups and core/posterior chain
· Burns more calories
· Challenges our balance and stabilizer muscles
Beginner Core Protocol (2-3 sets, every other day)
· Deadbugs – 5 each side
· Plank – 30-60 seconds
· Superman pose 30-60s
