In today’s podcast episode we are talking about my favorite way to check in each week with my fiancé. About a year and a half ago we realized we kept crossing wires and needed a more formalized process to check-in and share the highs from the week, where we needed more support, anything weighing on our minds, and just to be together. We started doing weekly check-in meetings and it changed how we communicated with each other. We knew each week we had about an hour set aside to connect without distractions. In this episode, I give you the exact list of questions we use for our check-in meetings.
