Today I’m really excited to introduce a new series that we’ll be chatting about on the podcast, which is how to survive loss. And I don’t just mean loss in the sense of death; loss, according to the dictionary, is so much more than that. It also could mean the loss of self, normalcy, lifestyle, a job, a friendship, a habit, a home, etc. Regardless of what you’ve lost, it can be really tough and I want you to know that however you’re feeling about it is valid. As someone who has experienced a lot of different kinds of loss in my life, I know firsthand that loss can be so painful, but it can also be an important catalyst to begin anew.
