A life motto that I follow closely is to step outside my comfort zone and try new things, meet new people and say Yes to crazy adventures. Rida Baroudi is a 21yr old Syrian living in Germany fulfilling his dream, his life story is one that deeply inspires me to seek discomfort. He talks about his journey from Syria to Germany and how he got a chance to complete his life long dream of meditating under the Northern Lights with the Yes Theory YouTube channel.
