  • 09. What’s a Media Diet?
Earlier this year, I decided to step back a little and make some changes, especially in the way I was consuming media. Over the past one year, with so much happening, the uncertainties and chaos, I would find myself mindlessly scrolling through apps in order to avoid facing those feelings.
Media, when consumed improperly, can not only rob us of our precious time, but it can also mask truly useful information in favor of fun but often trivial viral misinformation.

  • 08. How we executed the "Dear Stranger" Project ft. Adhi Savla

Dear Stranger is a project where Adhi & I went around asking strangers to write anonymous letters and in return they'd receive one written by another stranger. It was a random act of kindness in order to make someone's day.

We managed to get 17 strangers to exchange letters and happened to film the whole process. The experience was very wholesome and the responses from people had as overwhelmed with joy.
