God's universe is governed by laws. These laws dictate how things function and interrelate with each other. Spiritual things in like manner are also governed by laws that dictate how access can be obtained to partake in spiritual verities.   

The law of access is the means Divine Truth can be received as the influx of God's power, through the coming of the Holy Ghost, into our lives.   

The law of access defines two main access points, which are a life of prayer which is made effective by the second access point, a life of repentance.
