The complexity of the human mind is such that, different truths combine with different affections under unique circumstances for a person to come to a particular conclusion, or to make a vow, or to be inspired or to make a course correction. This cannot be orchestrated by the man himself. Thus, when God wants to transform and form us into vessels that would reveal His Glory, He sets us up gradually by diverse arguments from the Word. He lays down all the logistics required for us to inherit the promise in the Word. This includes even our desire for righteousness and strength to follow after Him. If the strength to obey belongs to God, what should be our understanding of the requirements of God?
In this series, “The House Of His Glory”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter shows how God prepares our vessels to be ready for His indwelling. He reveals that all abilities originate from God.
In this episode, “Helped and Made by God”, he illustrates how God organises and sets us up by His word. He shows the subtle helps God brings to us in all the different levels of our deprivation and the diverse means He employs in achieving that. This message will give you understanding into the requirements of God and encourage you to say “yes” to every move of God.
Key Scripture:
Psalm 50:7-15, KJV
7 Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God. 8 I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me. 9 I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he goats out of thy folds. 10 For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills. 11 I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine. 12 If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof. 13 Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats? 14 Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High: 15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
