What I do-5 I do nothing, still you change, discover inner peace and happiness
I need to answer questions differently to different people. People approach me to teach them to manage anxiety and stress. They want immediate symptomatic relief; the answer will be different. Others want to go deeper into practices so that they can empower their mind to refuse to be stressed. These people are more dedicated than the first group. Still others aspire to discover inner peace and permanent happiness that dwells within. They are seekers and likes to undergo practices with commitment.
What is fascinating understanding in Eastern Wisdom is that it is an instrument of knowledge discovered and validated by thousands of masters for over 6000 years. The master educates the principles to seekers. Here seeker means who is a qualified person after understanding the purpose of life. The education of eastern wisdom aims at subjective reality unlike science that aims at objective reality. Simply it means – discover – who am I , not- what I am not. Masters in Eastern Wisdom becomes a pointer , does nothing except pointing the truth through learning by listening, contemplation for clarity and conviction and regular practice with wisdom.

What I do?-4 Awakening, Realization and Transformation
Our life is habitual, heavily conditioned with daily sleep, waking, dream, few cherished thoughts, actions, emotions, feelings etc. we repeat the same thought, speech, actions and feelings again and again but expecting different results like permanent peace, happiness, love and wisdom. Eastern Wisdom shows us , how to break the conditionings, purify the mind to get right perception leading to right action in day to day life. when mind breaks the sense- perception , mental-perception it reflects the real self which is known as right perception. The state leads to awakening or presence beyond and behind the mind. as presence grows and influence body, breath, mind, intellect and ego, it leads to second major change in life , termed realization. Still past impressions continue to influence the life, seeker undergoes transformation. When seeker undergoes all three levels, seeker realizes his true nature and his only intention in the world is to evolve and help everyone to evolve

What I do-3 Evolve and help everyone to evolve
Eastern Wisdom aims at mental evolution. What is mental evolution? It is evolving the mind after engaging in the principles of self-discovery, educating and empowering the mind, how to live in inner peace, happiness, love and wisdom. The first step is to remove wrong notions and thinking from the mind. the second step is to educate the mind to learn, how to discover inner peace, happiness and harmony. The third step is to empower the mind to strike back when the mind causes suffering. The fourth step is evolving the mind so that it refuses to be miserable, blocks if any likes and dislikes, pain and pleasure try to enter within, discovers a higher state that is devoid of dualities, conflicts and confusion in day to day living. as seeker continues to evolve the mind and awaken to one’s true nature.

What I Do-2 Manage problems of life?
Eastern Wisdom says that the world has no problems, the world itself is a problem and suffering. Because the world is constantly changing when reflected in mind, the mind creates strong likes and dislikes, resulting in wrong notions of profit and loss, victory and defeat, pain and pleasure, etc.
It is the mind that lives in ignorance causes by projecting and seeking happiness, love, and wisdom. all problems originate with wrong notions in the mind that seeks happiness in the world.
When the mind is made pure by educating and disciplining it, we drop wrong notions resulting in dissolving the challenges of life. It is the way to live in the world but does not allow the world to live within. the mind remains pure and reflects inner happiness, love, wisdom.

I always adhere to principles, practices of eastern wisdom. Eastern Wisdom is 6000 years old, with 3000 teachers and texts. The eastern wisdom is an instrument of knowledge aims at discovering the real self. The real self is of the nature of pure awareness, truth, wisdom, love and happiness.
